I craft make all my chocolates bean to bar from the finest single estate cacaos and 100% natural ingredients. Every step is designed to make pure, beautiful flavors. Pure Gold is conched at low temperatures for about 21 days to remove any acidity while preserving the charismatic nutty notes. Industrial chocolate is made in just a few hours.

Being a cocoa farmer myself, I put the farmers at the heart of how we do business, buying all my cacao Direct Trade at a higher price premium than Fair Trade. My beans are all traditionally grown under shade trees, to promote flavour, sustainability and biodiversity.
