Totally pure and bursting with flavour, our hot chocolate mix is made with one of the world’s great single estate cacaos. It is 100% natural, containing only two ingredients, cacao and raw cane sugar, which allows the incredible depth and richness of the Medellin, Columbian beans to shine through. At 52%, it combines the best of dark and milk chocolates.
The beans get a light roast, and then are conched for up to 21 days until the flavour is perfect. Finally, some of the butter is pressed out using early 20th century cocoa butter presses, and the cacao is milled into a powder with the raw cane sugar.
Use to make either hot or cold drinks by adding water, milk, or non-dairy milks like almond.
